Cooking platform will be finished with Black stone and backside of the table will be with white glazed tiles
upto18". One No. black stone sink will also be provided in the kitchen.
Toilets:
A. Residential units
White vitreous sanitarywares for all toilets. Unit having double toilets will be provided with one Indian type
andthe other with European type. Each unit having double toilets will also be provided with two basins(white)
onefor master toilet and other at dining space. The toilets will have coloured cast in situ mosaic flooring and
matching dado 5' white glazaed tiles will be provided.
B. Commercial units
Separate toilets for ladies and gents in each of Ground and First floor.
